There are two ways:
Basic contact details, referral source, and each child’s clothing needs (sizes for shirts, pants, shoes, underwear, socks, and optional items like coats/bras). Our form adapts to age and gender to capture the right sizes.
Yes. Families may request clothing directly through a unique one-time link sent by email. Contact clotheourkidsardmore@gmail.com if you need a link.
Items depend on current donations and inventory. We review the sizes and needs in each request and work to provide suitable clothing and shoes when available.
Specialty items may be considered when available. Please note important needs in the request form.

We limit who can see request details, use one-time link access for public forms, and restrict admin tools behind secure logins. We collect only what’s needed to fulfill clothing requests and communicate updates.
Turnaround varies by item availability and volunteer capacity. Many requests are filled within several days, but certain sizes/items may take longer while we source them.
Most distributions are coordinated through the requesting partner (e.g., school). Direct pickup or delivery options may be arranged when needed.
